The next couple of weeks are shaping up to be huge on the calendar for all of us here at Laguna. Next weekend ( Sat 27th and Sun 28th October from 10a.m – 5 p.m ) the first “My Money Expo” will be running at the Caloundra Cultural Centre. As Gold Sponsors of the event, we have organized some sensational activities for visitors. On the Saturday afternoon, from 1P.M, the Great Laguna Charity Auction will be taking place. Over 25 items will go under the hammer, including memorabilia from sporting stars, holidays, artwork, portraiture, even dinner for two in one of Noosa’s finest restaurants. This gives everyone the opportunity to bid at a real auction, experience the excitement, and grab some brilliant products for a great price. The money raised will go to three charities, for Spina Bifida, The Red Cross, and Wildlife Warriors. We hope to raise thousands for some truly special causes. We are giving away 5 free entry passes to the expo, email marketing@lagunarealestate.com.au if you would like one and tell us in 50 words why you would like to go. The weekend will include financial advice, loads of free giveaways, seminars, and a huge selection of onsite information, all under the one roof. We are really excited to be involved, so pencil it into your diary and come down and say hello. Our staff will be on hand to answer questions from keen property investors, profile our superb stock of properties available for sale from our five offices from Coolum, Noosa, and Gympie, and hand out our free property portfolio. We look after over 500 properties in our property management and holiday division, we will be profiling these divisions on the day with the property management girls available to help with enquiry.
On the Sunday afternoon Noosa interior designer Di Henshall will be giving a presentation on behalf of Laguna on maximizing the sale price of your property through design and renovation. Her ideas are original and extremely useful, so once again, once the admission has been paid the goodies within are free!
