Inside Property
Beat the Rush
Burgeoning market demand and strong employment are the key drivers of
the future longevity of the property values in our area. We have an interesting
situation unfolding at present whereby the newspapers are reporting a marked
drop in new building activity in the final quarter of this year. This is the
very time when our property management girls start to get very busy with a
higher demand for rental properties. People tend to hibernate in Winter, we
usually have more rental stock available at this time. Then the busy Spring
period arrives, carrying us right through the Christmas season, suddenly we are
doing our utmost to find accommodation for desperate tenants. The property
management girls always do a fantastic job in looking after both our landlords
and our tenants, making the stressful process as smooth and enjoyable as
possible. There is a moral to this tale, with those forecasts showing a higher
shortage for rental properties looming. My advice is to make that move a little
earlier this year, whilst there is still choice on our books. Otherwise the
rush hits and you are stuck settling for something not suitable. Don’t leave it
till the last minute when everyone seems to be thinking the same thing! We have
a great diversity of properties to let and a fantastic professional team to
look after you!You can view our current houses/units to rent on our website,
www.lagunarealestate.com.au, or phone our Noosa Heads office on 5447 3999 and
speak to the property management team.
Till Next week,
