We have welcomed a few changes within our company in the last week, which have certainly set some tongues wagging amongst industry people in Noosa.
This week I am taking the opportunity to set the record straight (from the horses mouth, so to speak).
We have made the decision to centralize our Tewantin and Noosaville offices to our two offices on Gympie Tce, servicing the entire region from the hinterland to the coast. We made this decision from a management and administration perspective – as we employ a very competent support staff, it is more effective to utilize their services at close range. Hence we are now operating out of our Noosaville/Tewantin offices on Gympie Terrace, our Noosa Heads office on Noosa Parade, as well as our Coolum and Gympie branches.
We currently employ over 50 professional locals in sales, property management, holidays, administration sales support, accounts, and marketing/photography.
Each team member is integral to the day to day functioning of our sales, rentals, and holiday divisions. We undertake to provide a high level of efficient friendly service to all facets of our business – and the REIQ agrees, giving us the nod for the top five finalists for ‘large residential agency of the year 2008’, as well as Community Service top five finalist. The grand final gala inner will be on the evening of February 29th, a few of the Laguna lovelies are thinking about their gorgeous frocks already!
