Delivered to selected homes, resorts and businesses across the region, it is sent to an extensive mailing list, ordered on-line and available from our offices. Included is a mix of properties for sale, advertisements for local businesses, a lifestyle component and real estate editorials with advertising prices extremely reasonable. Along with advertising in the Noosa News and Sunshine Coast Daily, the magazine gains optimum exposure for our Clients advertised properties. The magazine is unique on the Sunshine Coast and boasts an average 87% property clearance rate.
