Inside Property

200 years of excellence in coffee

The growth in the Noosa region over the 27 years I have lived here has been phenomenal, but in the past two years it has become markedly noticeable - there is increased traffic on the roads, more people around in the off seasons, on beaches, in cafes. Once everyone who lived here knew everyone else, whereas now there are so many new faces. Despite the changes I believe the prospects for this area are so positive, for residents and tourists. The council has managed to plan the roads and the shopping /industrial precincts with overall success, so we have facilities we didn’t have before, accessible fairly easily from all of the different precincts. The medical, educational and shopping choices are so diverse now. When we first moved to Noosa, we had to go to Maroochydore for a lot of things we couldn’t get here.

Noosa in the last 2 years has undergone a transformation – there are some sensational new restaurants, boutiques and small businesses popping up, run by some very inspiring people. Works on the upgrade and enhancement of Hastings St are well underway. The streetscape is changing too – we are seeing properties being renovated and built that are absolutely stunning, from the beaches to the hinterland. The emphasis is on lifestyle and durability, and there is a strong demand for the quality in the fixtures and fittings.

We are so lucky to have the opportunity to live and work in such a stunning and desirable region, it is a pleasure to see some of the more tired areas transformed, a reflection of the economic prosperity and positivity we are experiencing nationwide at the moment.

We have a lot of keen buyers, so if you are thinking of selling your property, call us for a chat about what we can offer you.

Till next week,

Olivier
