The kids have gone back to school, bringing a close to the festive season as life returns to a state of normality, the torrential weather of the past few weeks has not deterred the buyers and we have enjoyed a strong selling period and are thrilled to report we are also seeing good numbers through our open homes and auctions. We have achieved an excellent clearance rate on our auctions, with some properties selling prior to auction and with others there are post auction negotiations happening

Upon review of our sales we have determined that investment apartments under $500,000 have been particularly well represented, with owners now meeting the market.  Those who purchase an investment property and decide to place it with the highly experience management team at Laguna relish in the best of both worlds.
