wHAT YOU WILL NEED?
We will need one (1) application for each applicant over the age of 18, we will also require photo ID and all forms complete and signed in full before an application can be processed.
how long will it take?
Your application is a high priority, our office will endeavour to have an answer to you with in 48 hours. However, should we have problems contacting your references this process could take longer.
what comes next?
Upon acceptance of your application you will be required to pay two (2) weeks rent to secure the property, you are required to sign the lease and pay the two (2) weeks rent within 48 hours of acceptence.
The property will not be taken off the market for rent until this has been done.
